A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Before you
take a seat.
Clear expectations. Private conversations.
Who is membership for?
Founders, operators and executives with business responsibility, experience to contribute and a willingness to be challenged. Membership is curated and places are limited.
Can I join remotely?
Yes. Connected membership includes a monthly chaired working session by video or telephone, ongoing member exchange and shared research. Other tiers also offer dial-in participation.
What does BoardSeat do?
BoardSeat by GenWA is the AI executive within the circle, supporting preparation, constructive questioning and continuing research. Human members remain responsible for their decisions.
What does fast-track GenWA access mean?
A fast-track route to introductions and assessment for GenWA’s incubator and accelerator. GenWA confirms acceptance, availability, scope and separate terms. Membership does not guarantee funding or admission.
Where and when do we meet?
Choose London or Local: our countryside circle near Oundle and Stamford, accessible from the A1. Monthly or quarterly attendance depends on membership. London venues, dates and exact addresses are confirmed privately before booking; remote members can join the working discussion.
Are meals and experiences included?
Circle, Table and Board include hosted lunches or dinners at their scheduled in-person gatherings. In Play Experiences and additional visits are optional; charges and availability are confirmed separately.
How does an application work?
Share your LinkedIn profile link, role and a short value statement through Google Forms. LinkedIn sign-in is not required. The founder reviews applications with BoardSeat; no payment is taken on application.
How is privacy handled?
Discretion is an expectation of membership. Information-handling arrangements, including BoardSeat’s role, are agreed before participation. Applications are held privately by Manor House Media Ltd to assess membership and respond. Do not include confidential business information in the form.
Is SJM Advisory included?
No. SJM Advisory is Steven Myers’s separate, optional executive advisory practice. Any engagement is scoped and priced independently of membership.
Is membership tax deductible?
Tax relief is not automatic, and HMRC has not confirmed deductibility for Quorum House. Treatment depends on your circumstances and the nature of the expense. Professional subscriptions can qualify in some cases, but private club, hospitality and leisure costs are subject to different rules. Ask your accountant before claiming membership or associated costs.
